Wishly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the bespoke gifting and physical card automation platform located at wishly.app. We treat the personal correspondence, milestone dates, recipient addresses, and custom calligraphy notes entrusted to us with the utmost discretion and security.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Information: Your name, email address, password hash, and optional contact phone number.
• Recipient & Address Book Data: Names, relationships, milestone dates (birthdays, anniversaries), and physical doorstep shipping addresses of your recipients.
• Calligraphy & Customization Content: Custom messages, letter inscriptions, wax seal preferences, and stationery configurations entered in our editor.
• Payment & Transaction Records: Transaction IDs, timestamps, and order totals processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant partner (Razorpay). We never store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs.
• Logistics Data: Shipping labels, courier AWB tracking codes, and delivery status scans via Shiprocket.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized to deliver and improve our artisanal gifting service:

• To hand-inscribe, hot wax seal, and package physical 350 GSM cotton stationery cards.
• To automate timely courier dispatch via Shiprocket and express delivery couriers (BlueDart / Delhivery).
• To send automated milestone reminders and digital greeting cards as configured by your automation preferences.
• To provide customer support and live tracking updates.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with verified partners strictly necessary for order fulfillment:

• Payment Processing: Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway).
• Shipping & Logistics: Shiprocket and partner courier networks for shipping label generation and doorstep transit.
• Infrastructure: Cloudflare (D1 encrypted databases and edge storage).

5. Data Protection & Deletion Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may update, export, or permanently delete your account, contacts, and occasion schedules at any time from your Wishly Dashboard settings or by contacting privacy@wishly.app.
