1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or placing an order on Wishly (“wishly.app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Artisanal Products & Customization

All physical stationery products offered by Wishly are crafted on premium archival 350 GSM cotton rag paper with handcrafted hot wax seals. Due to the genuine handmade nature of calligraphy inks, deckled feathered edges, and hand-poured wax stamps, minor organic variations in texture and seal shape are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.

3. Order Placement & Payment Terms

• Orders are confirmed upon successful authorization of payment through Razorpay (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking).
• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST taxes.
• Promotional coupon codes must be entered prior to checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.

4. User Content & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for the text, messages, and names submitted for calligraphy inscription. You agree not to submit any defamatory, hateful, abusive, or unlawful content. Wishly reserves the right to decline print jobs containing illegal or abusive material.
